My Story
My name is Cassandra Brausen, and I am the creatrix of Earthly Essence.
The story of Earthly Essence truly begins with my own healing journey. After experiencing deep trauma, I found myself in a place where I felt as though I had lost pieces of my soul. My light no longer shined, and I reached a point where I felt ready to give up.
During a near-death experience, I received a message from spirit:
“This is not your true path.”
In that moment, something within me shifted. I realized there had to be more to life—and that I had the power to choose a different path.
From there, I began focusing on my well-being as a whole, bringing my mind, body, and spiritual health to the forefront of my life. I explored holistic practices and healing modalities, learning tools that helped me begin the deep work of healing from the inside out.
The process took years, and it was not always easy. Through trial, reflection, and spiritual growth, I gradually found my way out of the darkness I had once been in.
And at the heart of that journey...was him.
