Psychopomp work is a practice that supports the transition of the soul at the end of life, as well as offering care and presence around death, dying, and the spaces in between.
This work may involve supporting those who are nearing death, as well as working with the energetic imprint left behind after someone has passed.
It is held with compassion, intention, and deep respect for both the individual and the process of transition.
