Each gathering and ceremony is rooted in the wisdom of the Wheel of the Year, honoring the sacred turning points of the Spring and Autumn Equinoxes and the Summer and Winter Solstices.
These immersive experiences weave together ritual, guided meditation, movement, and reflective practice to support your personal growth and energetic alignment with the shifting seasons. Join us for a heart-centered evening of connection, celebration, and togetherness as we honor the Summer Solstice—the peak of sunlight, warmth, and life. This is a beautiful time to gather in community, enjoy the outdoors, and celebrate the light both around us and within us.
Together, we’ll share in simple ceremony, meaningful activities, and joyful connections for all ages.
☀️ Solstice Ceremony --
We’ll gather in a gentle, welcoming circle to honor the sun at its peak. Through simple reflection, shared intentions, and a light guided ritual, we’ll celebrate the brightness of the season and the unique light each of us brings into the world.
🍓 Community Feast --
Enjoy a potluck-style gathering with fresh, seasonal foods, herbal teas, and time to connect.
Gluten-free and dairy-free options available.
🌞 Sun Catcher Creation --
Create your own sun catcher using simple, beautiful materials that reflect and play with light. As the sun shines through, it becomes a living reminder of the light you carry within and the energy of this season.
🌻 Reflection & Journaling --
As the evening unfolds, we will have a short reflection and optional journaling activity to help everyone (kids and adults alike) carry the energy of the day forward.
🔥 Fire Ritual: Letting Go & Shining Bright --
We’ll gently close the evening by gathering around the fire to release anything we’re ready to let go of and make space for more joy, confidence, and authenticity. This will be guided in a way that’s accessible and meaningful for both adults and children.
Held at the Earthly Essence Retreat Center, this gathering invites you to experience the beauty of nature, the warmth of community, and the joy of celebrating the season together. This is a kid-friendly, family-friendly event, and all are welcome.
Base Price: $40 (includes all materials, shared nourishment, and guided ceremony)
Additional contributions are always welcome to support the continuation of this work.
Limited to 10 participants — please reserve your spot in advance.
Children require their own ticket and must be supervised at all times.
