Through modules, reflections, and coaching support, I share the practices and perspectives that supported me in my own journey—while holding space for you to move through your process in your own way.
This is not about forcing change,
but about creating space for understanding, integration, and forward movement.
The cost of this experience is $300 for access to the generalized online course with the additional individualized one on one coaching experience.
